Where do we ship?


We currently ship to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland.
For international orders, please visit our global website: kaapamushrooms.com.


Delivery Costs:

  • FREE UK Delivery (including Northern Ireland) on all orders over £35.00 (including subscriptions).

  • Order values of £35.00 and under (UK only) incur a £1.99 postage charge for standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48/2nd Class).

  • UK Priority Delivery (Royal Mail 24/1st Class): £2.99.

  • UK Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express): £4.99.

  • Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery: £5.95.

 

Dispatch Times:

  • Orders placed before 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.

 

Delivery Times:

  • UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48/2nd Class): 2–4 working days from dispatch.

  • UK Priority Delivery (Royal Mail 24/1st Class): 1–2 working days from dispatch.

  • UK Express Delivery (Special Delivery/DHL): 1 working day from dispatch (depending on location).

  • Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery: Delivery can take up to 4 weeks from dispatch due to customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer you a full refund for the product(s) or a replacement, no questions asked.
You can return opened or partially used products under this guarantee — you have nothing to lose.

Important:

  • The Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to purchases made directly from kaapamushrooms.co.uk.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Products must be returned according to our returns process if requested.

Returns Policy

We offer two types of returns:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee Returns (Products Tried or Opened)

If you are not satisfied after trying the product, you may return opened or partially used items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).

2. Change-of-Mind Returns (Products Unopened and Unused)

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

 

Conditions for All Returns:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If returning from outside the United Kingdom (including the Republic of Ireland), customers are responsible for all return postage costs and any applicable customs declarations.

 

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at [insert your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return postage if necessary.

 

Additional Information

  • For returns from the Republic of Ireland, please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges.

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties or handling fees incurred if returns are incorrectly marked.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as postal strikes, severe weather, or customs delays.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
